Processing Times
All Marie James orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Pre-Orders
Some Marie James products are offered as pre-orders due to the custom and curated nature of our inventory.
Estimated pre-order timelines will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Typical fulfillment timelines may range from 2–6 weeks depending on product availability and production schedules.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and shipping speed selected.
Marie James is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Marie James Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We will do our best to assist where possible.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. Marie James is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
